By accessing or using the Madverts service at madverts.com and its subdomains (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Madverts provides AI-powered advertisement creation services. We analyze your brand, research competitor strategies, and generate tailored video ad creatives for your business. Our Service includes brand analysis, ad strategy development, and video ad generation.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price change will only apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed ad generation services. If a service is defective or not delivered as described, we will re-deliver the service or provide a credit at our discretion. Please contact support@madverts.com for any issues with your order.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all brand materials, logos, product images, and other content you provide to us. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the ad creatives generated by our Service for your business purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized data to improve our Service.

Our Service: The Madverts platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Madverts and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Ad generation typically completes within 30 minutes but may take longer during periods of high demand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madverts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated advertisements will achieve any particular results or performance metrics.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Request account deletion by contacting support@madverts.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
